Deadline for Open Testing submission (31st July or 15th July)

Hi,

Would the open testing submission end on 15th July 2022 or on 31st July 2022? On the submission page, it says 31st July 2022 and on the timeline page it says 15th July 2022.

Hi, the open test submission deadline is 24:00, 30th July, PT (i.e. 16:00, 31st July, UTC+8 or Shanghai Time, as the submission page shows).

On the timeline page, the "Submission deadline" in the table actually means deadline for both open test and closed test. And in the graph, the line representing "open testing phase" meets with the line representing "closed testing phase", we hoped that this could describe the fact that the open test and closed test ends at the same time. We will make it more clear.

Hi But i find that the graph of the timeline shows the Deadline for Open Testing submission will end in 15th July, as is shown like 'End of the submission of open testing' under the title '15th July' ,which doesn't match with what u told in the latest post. Is the graph uncorrect ?

Thanks for your question! After the agreement of the KiPA22 Oragnization Committee, we decided to extend the deadline of the submittion to August 10th, including the open testing and the closed testing.

The potential misunderstanding of the timeline figure has been corrected.

The final ranking is based on the final complete submission of the closed testing (Complete submission: the docker for the closed testing and the challenge paper). More rule-related details can be found in the Rules page.

Hi, so it means that final submission to closed leaderboard will be evaluated only on 30 cases from closed phase or also on 30 cases from open test phase (60 in total) ?

Also my second question is that if paper submission deadline is also extended to 10 August ?

The final submission will be evaluated only on the closed dataset (30 new cases).

You can revise the paper after the final submission, but please note:

1. You have the right to revise and further publish the paper of your work by yourself even after our KiPA22.
2. In the whole competition stage, we will take the last paper submitted before the deadline as the technical paper linked to your method. This paper cannot be changed.
