COMULISglobe - Test Phase Submission

Dear challenge participants,

The test set for the COMULISglobe tasks (COMULISglobe SHG-BF and COMULISglobe 3D-CLEM) will be released on the Learn2Reg challenge website (https://learn2reg.grand-challenge.org) one week before the submission deadline. For the test phase challenge participants are asked to

1. upload their test set submissions here for COMULISglobe SHG-BF and/or here for COMULISglobe 3D-CLEM. The submission zip file must contain the user/team name. Only the latest submission will be used for evaluation.

2. provide their source code for inference in any reproducible form (docker (see also instructions for ReMIND2Reg or LUMIR), GitHub repository, etc.). A baseline using Greedy is provided here.

Hi Lasse, the provided test data (as listed on https://learn2reg.grand-challenge.org/) seems to be the same as the initial training/validation data (link). This cannot be right, or am I missing something?
