How do we submit results of task_02 of Learn2Reg 2021?

I am follwing the tast02 of Learn2Reg2021. And, I had my results include three .npz that format in folder as following:
submission/task02/disp00010001npz, ..., disp00030003.npz

Errors that I faced when uploaded the zip file:
Failed evalutils.exceptions.ValidationError: The displacement field /input/task02/disp0001_0001.npz is missing. Please provide all required displacement fields.

Perhaps you should check the spelling and format of your submission. For example, it should be "task_02", not "task 02" or "task02"; and "disp_0001_0001.npz", not "disp00010001npz" or "disp0001_0001.npz". For your reference, https://learn2reg.grand-challenge.org/Submission/.

Hi,

lately, grand-challenge.org deletes empty top level directories of submissions. We will update the evaluation to deal with this at the beginning of next year. Until then please just add a dummy.txt file in the submission directory.

I submitted many time( >10) but not complete yet. I tried to submit many time ( I checked carefully my shape or format, ...My files is not problem ( 3x96x96x104 for task 2 of Learn2Reg2021). Some time when I submite , your wedsite notication is " Preparing" or " Execule" and then the old error as below following:
The error when submite:
" Failed evalutils.exceptions.ValidationError: The displacement field /input/task02/disp0001_0001.npz is missing. Please provide all required displacement fields."

I am waiting your updatae at that time, please as soon as possible.

I also have not already submitted. Because I do not know how do I have the dummy.txt to submit?.
It mean, the last time with the task02 of Learn2Reg 2021, I had the disp00010001.npz, disp00020002.npz and disp0003_0003.npz. And I submited with the error so now I will create the dummy.txt file again to submit again, right?

Excuse me, the csv file in this keypoints compressed package has six columns, which generally represent the coordinates of the x, y, and z axes. What do the first three columns mean?
