The validation data of ReMIND2Reg

Dear Organizers,

I am excited to participate in the ReMIND2Reg subtask of learn2reg. However, I noticed that only the training set is currently available. Please clarify whether a separate validation set exists for this subtask.

Moreover, please clarify if the key points of validation data are available to compute the TRE. I would greatly appreciate your confirmation on this matter.

The validation set corresponds to cases:

• ReMIND2Reg_0099
• ReMIND2Reg_0100
• ReMIND2Reg_0101
• ReMIND2Reg_0102

The validation key points are not made publicly available. However, you can evaluate the performance of your approach by submitting the 10 requested displacement fields to the challenge leaderboard. Instructions are given in the Submission section of the ReMIND2Reg challenge
