The test was stuck for over 12 hours

At the time of submission, the second test was more than 12 hours old, but the results were not yet available (the first one was soon available).

I contacted the Grand Challenge support team and they replied as follows:
This is a problem that affects the whole site, there is a general outage of algorithm execution and email sending. A fix is in place but the system needs to catch up with a days worth of work. It should be resolved by the end of day. Any submitted tasks will still be executed, whether your phase works or not we cannot say without executing.
