Updates made to the final submission system

Starting from July 14, 2023, at 11 a.m. (UTC), the training phase submission will be closed, and the testing phase will be opened. Initially, we had planned to allow only one submission for the testing phase. However, after noticing that participants encountered difficulties during the submission process, we have made the decision to allow up to three submissions per participant. However, it is important to note that only the first successful submission will be considered as the final result. Therefore, participants who have successfully uploaded their algorithms on their initial attempt are not required to use the remaining two submission opportunities.

Is there a reason to close the training stage before the final submission date? If it is to close the training stage, I would appreciate it if you could disclose the validation or I would appreciate it if you could activate the training stage.
