Hello LNQ-Challange Team,

thank you for hosting the challange. I have a question regarding the annotations of the validation dataset. In the dropbox link provided (https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/3wlhsqedee64j5hpovcd2/h?dl=0&rlkey=wt0qlkhnwv2rj44glhtfsaxo8) there are only the CT images but not the GT annotations. Are the annotations only available after opening of July 01, 2023: Opened validation leaderboard submission?

Hi Stefan,

Thank you for participating. We are only realeasing the images for the validation phase and not the ground truth annotations. However, you can evaluate the performance of your model on the validation set by submitting your predictions. This is done by uploading a compressed zip file containing the binary segmentation of the lymph nodes.
