Submissions

Hey,

thank you for this great dataset and organization of the challenge.

I tried to upload my test set predictions to the "CT&MRI Regular Evaluation". However, the submission always fails with the comment "Time limit exceeded". I actually do not really know what I am doing wrong. I saved all the segmentation mask predictions as nifti files with the same names as the images in the test set. I put them all into a zip file named "results". The nifit files have all the same dimensions as the images. Is there anything else I need to do?

I am having the same issue.
