Algorithm creation/New Container Upload Problem

Dears,

I am going to upload a new container to the existing algorithm, but the system return same following error:

"You need to verify your account before you can do this. You do not have permission to access this content".

The system even does not allow me to create a new algorithm and shows the same error.

You need to verify your account first, you can do this from your profile page.

Click on your image (top right on any page) -> Your Profile -> Request Verification.

In the request verification section, I have been asked to use a valid email like academic email (not like Gmail or yahoo account), but my current account is created with my Yahoo email. I have created another account before with my academic email, but I never used it to join any challenge. Could you please help to delete that account created with my academic email (r.nateghi@sutech.ac.ir) so that I can use the academic email again for this account? This is my mistake but I hope you could help to fix it.
