Evaluation code

Hello,

I tried to run the evaluation code in https://github.com/ImranNust/AortaSeg24/tree/main/evaluation_docker_for_validation_phase. But I had an error with a message "FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/input/predictions.json'". What is the format of "predictions.json" ? If you have an example of predictions.json, please provide it to us.

This file is shared to illustrate how the Dice coefficient is computed, and it is designed to run on the Grand Challenge platform. To run it locally, you'll need to make several modifications to the code and set up your environment accordingly.
