Dear organizer, We are team bms410. We keep running into the container ran out of memory error while submitting our phase 1 validation. We had already checked our predictions only contain the largest component. I wonder if you can provide the error log so that we can resolve this problem.

Sincerely, Team bms410

Hi, we have sent two e-mails to your registered account.

We have downloaded your submissions and found that the results’ dtype went wrong, and they cannot be loaded in the ITK-SNAP.

You may try to save the prediction to be the same dtype as the training labels we provided, and you would better to load your result in your local service (via ITK-SNAP, 3D Slicer, etc.) to check the correctness before submission to the challenge website.

We have noticed that you have overcame the error of 'The container ran out of memory', But reports another error ' Tolerance: 1.0000000e-06'.

You should save the results to share the same spacing and origin of the input CTs.

Thank you for your reply. It's very helpful. Thanks to you, we already solve the out of memory issue. But unfortunately, we running into another problem, which is Tolerance: 1.0000000e-06 issue. Once agin, can you please provide more information about this Tolerance: 1.0000000e-06 issue?

The ' Tolerance: 1.0000000e-06' is caused by the different spacing and origin between your predicted results and the input CTs.

You should save the results to share the same spacing and origin of the input CTs.
