GT segmentation: In the training set, I found that some cases, like ATM_064_0000.nii.gz,ATM_070_0000.nii.gz, did not delineate the uppermost part of the trachea (pharyngeal position). What is the criteria for contouring? Evaluation metrices: I would like to further confirm whether the predicted results are evaluated separately inside and outside the lung mask, or together.

Hi,
No worry about the uppermost part of the trachea, in the test phase evaluation, the uppermost part is also excluded. What's more important is that they don't influence on the TD / BD / Precision. The predicted results are evaluated together.
