About External Training Data

Is it allowed to use external training data (public or private)? Since I don't see relevant instructions on the web page. Thank you~

Hi, Yes it is allowed to use other data for training. We ask that this is clear in your repository README and method description. Algorithms which are selected to be included in the peer-reviewed paper will be retrained from scratch, all with the same data, to make a precise comparison for that paper. Best Regards Keelin
