Questions about the generation task.

Hello, In the generation task, Since we are required to generate a simulated node in the given bbox, can we generate some perturbations outside the bbox? Or we can just simply make changes in the bbox?

Hi,

You could make changes outside the box. At the end, a detection model will be trained with your generated images, and the provided bounding boxes will be used as the 'label file'. So as long as you generate images where nodules are placed in the bounding boxes, you could apply any other preprocessing on the images. Is it clear?
