Deadline extension?

Hello!

Thanks for organizing, the challenge is great. Unfortunately, its end coincides with some other deadlines (notably MICCAI next Thursday, also MIDL reviews were due last Friday), and it's being hard to make a last push on this. Any chance you would consider a deadline extension?

This is a valid point that we had not initially considered when setting up the challenge. After discussing it within our team, we have decided to extend the deadline by two weeks, until March 15th at 23:59 (Anywhere on Earth).
