should output json be always named melanoma-3-class-nuclei-segmentation.json? should we create a dir with image name and put melanoma-3-class-nuclei-segmentation.json in it? should output be /output/image_name/melanoma-3-class-nuclei-segmentation.json or /output/image_name.json?

yes, the output json for nuclei should always be named melanoma-3-class-nuclei-segmentation.json (Track 1) and it should be placed directly in the /output directory, all info can be found when searching "melanoma" on https://grand-challenge.org/components/interfaces/outputs/
