The origin of cases from other public data sets is state in the clinical_information.xlsx file here: https://github.com/DIAGNijmegen/panorama_labels/tree/main. We did not include the TCIA-CPTAC in the final iteration of the training data set. Participants are free to use such cases as long as they make the considered annotations publicly available and accessible.
