Increase time limit

Hey,

We are currently facing the issue of exceeding the per-case inference time limit of 5 minutes and are thus not able to submit to this challenge. We would like to compete in this challenge but the 5-minute time limit prevents us from using large state-of-the-art models. Would it be possible to increase the time limit to 10 minutes per case? I believe everyone could benefit from a less strict time limit and would be able to provide better-performing models to solve this task.
