Preliminary submission DDL

I was just wondering what's the deadline of the preliminary submission. I saw that the final submission is open today but I wonder if the preliminary submission will remain open there for us to try out. What I remember is that the final submission DDL was pushed to July 15th, so my time planning was to have the algorithm tested before July 15th! Would you be allowing us to finish testing with preliminary submission until then? Thanks a lot!

Yes, the preliminary development phase will also remain open until August 16, same as the final test phase.
