Clinical variables available in private training data?

For the public training data, Gleason Score is available for some of the cases, along with PSA, PSAD, & age. I understand that Gleason Score is not available for validation/testing phases, but will it be available for the private training data?

Dear Sara,

You are indeed correct, because the Gleason Score is essentially the (patient-level) label that should be predicted (although we binarize it at the threshold of a Gleason score of 3+4 or higher as positive). For the private training dataset, the Gleason Score will be available. The format of the clinical marksheet is exactly the same as the one shared for the public dataset.
