A problem occurred when importing a new container ¶

Dear organizers, I uploaded a new container six hours ago, but it still hasn't been imported yet. I can't cancel the current status or upload a new container. Considering the deadline of the second phase submission, this problem is very upsetting to me, can you help me solve it? Best regards
