A problem occurred when importing a new container

Dear organizers, I uploaded a new container six hours ago, but it still hasn't been imported yet. I can't cancel the current status or upload a new container. Considering the deadline of the second phase submission, this problem is very upsetting to me, can you help me solve it? Best regards

Yes, I still have this problem. The newly uploaded container is still in the "import started" status.

Hi,

It sounds like a platform issue. You would need to contact the GC support team.

The easier solution would be that another member of your team submits the container, if that is possible.
