Submission Limit Inquiry

Hello,

I'm sure that just a while ago it was stated that up to 50 submissions were possible, but I'm bewildered as it has suddenly changed to 10 submissions. Is this a mistake? I think changing this in the middle would be a great loss to those who have already submitted.
