Final rules and training environment

Dear participants,

Details about - the rules for the last submission to the Qualification phase, - the rules for the Final phase, - and the training environment for the Final phase have been added to the Challenge Overview.

In our discussion on the forum, we also discussed allowing multiple training runs. For now, we have decided that we will allow only one submission to the Final phase per team, since it may not be possible to provide useful feedback about Final phase training runs in a way that keeps the private training set 100% secure. We are still discussing whether providing truncated results on the public training set is a valid option.

Hi everyone,

The details about the training environment for the Final phase have changed. Due to difficulties with getting A100 GPUs, your algorithm will have access to two Tesla V100 GPUs of 32 GB each instead. These details have also been adjusted in the Challenge overview.
