Submission failed

Hi,

Our submission also failed (The algorithm failed on one or more cases). Can you please tell us what went wrong?

Yes of course: On some cases, your algorithm worked fine, but it failed with the following error:

ITK ERROR: ITK only supports orthonormal direction cosines. No orthonormal definition found!
