Hiii, we tried to submit our docker to the qualification leaderboard but the process failed without any information/logs about the error (The algorithm failed on one or more cases). We tried running our docker locally on the entire public training dataset (one image for each run) as specified by the STOIC2021 Baseline Algorithm repository (https://github.com/luukboulogne/stoic2021-baseline#tip-running-your-algorithm-on-a-test-folder) and the two probability outputs were correctly generated. Is it possible accessing to a log of the error for debugging the docker ? Thanks Mario

Hi Mario,

Thank you for reaching out. It failed with the error message: The container was killed as it exceeded the memory limit of 16g. For most cases, your algorithm succeeded. You can increase the memory limit when updating your algorithm container on grand-challenge.org.

Kind regards, Luuk
