Teams in violation of the rule to submit only once every week

Dear participants,

As announced at the start of STOIC2021, teams are allowed only one submission per week to the Qualification Leaderboard to be elligible for qualification to the Final phase. Since the grand-challenge.org platform only allows a countdown of 7 days at a participant level, this rule can be violated. We have already contacted multiple teams about violating this rule. Some teams are currently in violation, namely Flying Bird, thm17, Stoici, and Man-Grown Forests.

If you are currently in violation, please wait some extra time based on the ignored count down time until your next submission. This should equal the playing field, so that you are still be elligible for qualification to the Final phase: Flying Bird: March 28th thm17: March 24th Stoici: March 22nd Man-Grown Forests: March 24th

If you are currently not in violation, please make sure to only submit once the countdown timer of every participant in your team has reached zero.

Apologies for the trouble and for not noticing that rule more clearly. We'll wait till 24th March, then continue on with one submission per week for our team.
