IMPORTANT: Update anatomical structures

IMPORTANT: Update anatomical structures

Dear SPPIN participants,

We decided to focus on the challenging task of neuroblastoma segmentation. This means that the automatic segmentation of other anatomical features will not be a part of SPPIN2023.

We aim to open the preliminary test phase on 10-06-2023.

Kind regards, The SPPIN organising team

Hello, I would like to ask, is the challenge not included semi-supervised tasks? Only neuroblastoma segmentation for the segmentation of tasks, and is full supervision?

We had to make the decision to focus SPPIN2023 on neuroblastoma segmentation only. Indeed this task is fully supervised. We want to include semi-supervised tasks and other anatomical structures in a later SPPIN edition.
