Seeking clarification on submission rules during the valiation phase (2 submissions/week per team or per person?)

May I please seek clarification on the submission rules during the validation phase? It states on the website that "For the validation phases of task1 and task2 (2 submissions/week)". Is that 2 submissions /week per team or per person?

Hi Bowen,

Grand Challenge enables counting submissions only on a participant basis. Please, note that we are increasing the number of submission possible in validation phase given that the metrics have been modified. you are allowed to submit one prediction every two days.

Thanks for your considerable thoughts on increasing the number of submissions. We initially saved two submissions by the end of the validation phase. However, after changing the rules, our possible submission number is reduced to 1, before the validation phase ends on 15 July. Could you please kindly consider this?

Also, I noticed that the close date for validation submission is changed to 16 August. Is this an error?

Thank you very much for the reply. The end of the validation phase has been extended to the end of the test, such that participants have extended possibilities to double-check performances with the new metrics. This has been announced in https://grand-challenge.org/forums/forum/synthrad2023-643/topic/all-geared-up-for-the-test-phase-1577/.

This means that you have more submissions available without adapting the number of submissions. Please let me know whether you may have other concerns,
