Availability of and information on metric calculation process and scripts

Hi everyone, we were wondering whether the code for metric calculation will be made available eventually (the GitHub repo leads to a 404). If this is not available, would it be possible to make the relevant isocenters/tumour locations available to better simulate the validation process suggested by the organisers? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your request. As we discussed internally yesterday, we are planning to release the metric code in the coming days. While we will not be releasing any structures, we will provide an explanation of how we derived them. The structures we use—apart from those related to the DVH—are mostly organs at risk.

In the meantime, you can refer to the metrics code from SynthRAD2023 for inspiration. Most of the metrics are similar, except for the way we calculate SSIM and the inclusion of new metrics related to geometric consistency.

A general post will follow here to notify all the participants when the metrics code will be available.

Dose metrics will be calculated only for the test set: there is no plan available in the training and neither for the validation, similarly to SynthRAD2023.
