Censoring information for the patients

Censoring information for the patients

Hi, I had some questions regarding the survival data

In the survival information provided to us, we have the event and time-to-event information. In case of non-events (label is 0), since the time represents time to last follow up, are all such rows with label as 0 and having follow up time, be considered as censored in the data. If that is not the case then do we have patient-wise censoring information available with us?

Also what is the total study duration for the data?

Thanks

Dear participant, Thank you for your question. The data for this challenge was collected retrospectively. Thus, there was no formal end-of-study date. For patients who do not experience a BCR event, the time-to-event corresponds to the time of the last follow-up, and these instances are considered censored data during the challenge evaluation and C-index computation. Do not hesitate to reach out in case of other questions, Kind regards, Khrystyna
