Clarification on Biochemical Recurrence

Clarification on Biochemical Recurrence

Hi, I am interested in understanding the criteria for determining biochemical recurrence in your study. Specifically, how is biochemical recurrence defined in the context of your challenge? What threshold is used for PSA levels to indicate recurrence?

Regards, Anthony

Dear Anthony, Thank you for your question. The biochemical recurrence was concluded after 2 consecutive positive (>0.2 ng/mL) PSA results. Do not hesitate to reach out in case of any other questions. Kind regards, Khrystyna

Dear Khrystyna, Thank you for your previous response. To better understand the aggressiveness of PCa in the cohort, would it be possible to share the PSA results and/or any other clinical data, e.g., Gleason Grade Group, TNM classification? This information would be particularly helpful for cases with a very short follow-up period of less than 6 weeks. Thanks a lot for your help! Best regards, Anthony.
