Did all members in a team receive the invitation email?

My supervisor (the corresponding author of the submitted paper) received the invitation letter to MICCAI 2024 to represent our work this day. But it seems I did not receive it. Did the e-mail only send to the corresponding author?

You can register either for both the MICCAI main conference and the satellite event day 1 (Booked with Main Conference) or only the satellite event day 1(Workshop/Tutorial/Challenge ONLY). So far we have been informed that the workshop will take place on October 6. We will provide more details as soon as we have those.
