Logs for unsuccessful test submission

Dear organizers,

Our team has submitted a container for Testing phase on Aug. 30, 2024, 12:01 a.m.. Although the docker image passed the sanity check and the validation stage, it failed in the testing phase. And we cannot find any logs on the algorithm page. Could we ask for the log to see which error occurred?

I have sent the full logs in a private chat, I can also email them to you if you write to khrystyna.faryna@radboudumc.nl The error is:

openslide.lowlevel.OpenSlideError: Corrupt JPEG data`: premature end of data segment

We have one more team experiencing the same error on the same two images., using OpenSlide.

We are looking into it as well, and will let you know as soon as we know smth.

Which version of OpenSlide are you using? Maybe updating it can help?

Version 4.0 of OpenSlide should have a lot of fixes.

We tried to update the OpenSlide version to 4.0 but it still failed in the testing phase :(. May we get the logs?
