What is the format of the evaluation indicators and data for submission?

I would like to know the format of the evaluation indicators and data for submission for the study and evaluation at local.

Can you please publish the code to calculate the evaluation indicators?

Thank you for your question. LEOPARD is an algorithm submission challenge - the participants will be asked to submit their algorithm in a docker container. The algorithm should take as an input a multi-resolution tiff image and output time to biochemical recurrence in years (as a continuous variable, e.g. 1.75 years or 23.478 years...). The main metric of the challenge is a c-index. We will publish a template algorithm container and evaluation code in the next couple of days on our github.
