Clarification on Submission Limits During the Open Development Phase

Clarification on Submission Limits During the Open Development Phase

  By: jhjeon9 on May 15, 2025, 12:09 a.m.

Dear LUNA25 Challenge Organizers,

I have a question regarding the submission rules for the Open Development Phase.

As per the announced rule, participants are allowed a "maximum of 15 submissions" during this phase, with a restriction of 2 submissions per week. However, in order to upload during the Open Development Phase, we are required to submit a sanity check first. My concern is that the "submission count" appears to include both sanity check and Open Development Phase submissions.

Could you please confirm whether the number of submissions counted towards the limit includes sanity check submissions, or if it only counts the actual Open Development Phase submissions?

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards, Juho

Dear Juho,

The number of submissions to the Sanity Check Phase is not linked to the Open Development Phase submissions. Therefore, submitting to the Sanity Check has no effect on the number of submissions of the Open Development Phase.

Kind regards,
Dre
