Is it possible to download the data with a command line utility (curl, wget, etc.) ? Thanks, Sid

It should be possible, probably you have to add /download to the url.

Something like this Python code should also work: https://surfdrive.surf.nl/files/index.php/s/ENBZELNmKyX3X9Z

We are in the process of moving the training set to AWS Open Data (https://registry.opendata.aws/), we should be able to make it available there within a couple of days. When done, we will update the link in the Data section of TIGER.
