Json Coco file for tissue bcss folder in ROI level annotations folder ¶

I need help with the json Coco file. The provided json Coco file only describes the cell annotations of roi slides in tissue cells folder in ROI level annotations folder. What about the cell annotations of roi slides in tissue bcss folder in ROI level annotations folder? Please help me with this?

Dear Sabarish Susiraj,

The bcss folder only contains tissue annotations and no cell annotations. Therefore those are not present in the coco JSON file.
