When using the WholeSlideImage() function, I only recieve the RegistrantNotRegisteredError: "Registrant 'openslide' is not found in the register of class 'WholeSlideImageBackend' with an empty register.". "openslide" is the default argument and no other backend options are given in the documentation.
Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?

Can you please mention the steps that you take for installing openslide? Then I will try to reproduce the error.
