ROIs in TIFF Mask (Leaderboard1)

Dear organizers,

Can we assume that the ROIs provided in the TIFF masks (white-color boxes as shown in the figure in the evaluation section: https://tiger.grand-challenge.org/Evaluation/) are all separated from each other or there might be some cases that these boxes could potentially overlap? (This question is only relevant to leaderboard1).
