Segmentation Dice calculation

Hi,

For the dice calculation, do you calculate dice per class and per image and then average the image-level results? Or, do you calculate the running stats per-class over the entire dataset and then compute dice only once?

Hi Adam,

the dices for tumor and stroma are computed over the complete dataset once (from the summed up per-roi confusion matrices)
