Some ROI annotations are rotated

Hi,

I just noticed some roi masks (./roi-level-annotations/tissue-bcss/masks) are rotated to a certain of degrees when comparing with their corresponding images, for example, 'TCGA-A2-A0YE-01Z-00-DX1.8A2E3094-5755-42BC-969D-7F0A2ECA0F39_[29606, 16756, 31871, 19047].png' 'TCGA-AO-A124-01Z-00-DX1.E3C7B017-6154-4630-9BDE-0CAC946D0209_[16442, 1752, 17794, 3662].png' 'TCGA-AR-A1AR-01Z-00-DX1.E7B7F6F0-9CC0-4D4F-8C9F-443A74D2BE40_[6357, 14553, 9427, 16491].png' 'TCGA-AR-A5QQ-01Z-00-DX1.4185D6D2-498E-4E71-8CB3-EDB4739C6229_[53568, 24934, 55870, 27273].png' 'TCGA-BH-A0B9-01Z-00-DX1.c23adb4c-52d4-4dfd-b8e3-156e43f0e645_[31367, 28352, 34886, 32299].png' 'TCGA-BH-A0BG-01Z-00-DX1.0838FB7F-8C85-4687-9F70-D136A1063383_[32012, 12490, 33451, 15564].png' ... I guess there should be some more. Is this normal?

Best regards,

This is normal, and it has to due with the fact that original annotations of BCSS were made after rotating the WSI. Since in TIGER we refer to the original TCGA WSI and their original orientation, we rotated the annotations to match the original WSI's orientation.
