TCGA manifest added to WSIROIS

We have added the file gdc-manifest-tiger.txt to the folder "tiger-training-data\wsirois\wsi-level-annotations\images", which can be used to download the original SVS digital slides from the GDC Data Portal, in case some participants would need them.

However, we found out that the following two slides are no longer available on the GDC Data Portal: * TCGA-BH-A0B9-01Z-00-DX1.c23adb4c-52d4-4dfd-b8e3-156e43f0e645.svs * TCGA-A2-A0D2-01Z-00-DX1.ECD890F5-BA01-4998-B472-7B683BD6D7B1.svs

We will check with TCGA why, original slides have been offline for several months and came back online only recently.

But don't worry, you can find all TCGA slides part of the TIGER training set in the folder tiger-training-data\wsirois\wsi-level-annotations\images, converted to TIF files and with maximum resolution set to 0.5 um/px, which is the same format used for RUMC and JB slides.

Could you confirm that the only difference between the TCGA slides and the TIGER slides that they are resampled? I.e. if we would scale the annotations to the TCGA mpp, we would have fitting annotations? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you are correct. We only resampled the TCGA slides that we are providing in the Tiger Challenge. If you would upscale the annotations to the original magnification of the TCGA slides, the annotations should fit on the original TCGA slides.
