In this post, I would like to mention that the deadline time for leaderboard 2 is 10 June 2022, 23:59 CEST. Unfortunately, there was some confusion about the deadline time due to different time zones. Therefore, I have updated the timeline and the submission page, which now explicitly mentions that it is based on CEST.

Furthermore, if you are submitting to L2 leaderboard, I would like to encourage you to make your algorithm robust such that it can also handle small slide biopsies and try to make sure it does not crash in rare cases such as slides without stroma. The tissue in biopsies will be larger than the ROIs regions from L1, so you can still use the ROI/tissue filter to check in which leaderboard your algorithm is.

Next to this, we have refactored the baseline method. If you have based your code on the baseline algorithm, please check out the refactored pipeline for baseline algorithm v2 for inspiration.
