Troubles opening the TIF files

Hi, I am having problems opening the TIF files. I tried several viewers but all of them say that the format is not supported.

Any clue on what can be going on?

What viewers have you tested? And what operating system do you have?

We can open all whole-slide images with ASAP (https://github.com/computationalpathologygroup/ASAP) or QuPath (https://qupath.github.io/).
