Why can't I download the ToothFairy dataset after log in?

hello！ Thanks for your excellent work. When I tried to download these tooth data, I met a strange issuse. Specifically, after I checked all the agreement licenses, the download button was still gray and could not be clicked. Nor did I receive any email with a download link. Looks like you are not the first one to meet such an issue, we tested the website with the most commonly used browser and have never been able to replicate it.
