An unexpected error occurred

Hello,

I encountered an issue while trying to submit a new algorithm on Aug 4, 2024. Initially, I tested my container using the "try out algorithm" feature, and it worked without any problems, producing the expected results.

However, when I attempted to submit the algorithm, the result page indicated that the algorithm ran successfully four times. Despite this, the submission page displayed an "unexpected error occurred" message.

Due to the lack of detailed information, I am unsure what went wrong. I suspect the issue might be related to the evaluation metrics codes. Could the organizers access the detailed logs of this submission? Alternatively, how can I troubleshoot this issue?

An "Unexpected error occurred" means that there was a problem on the platform, not with your algorithm. The developers of Grand Challenge get immediately notified of the problem, specifically it is this. We are aware of this issue and are working on a solution, the evaluation will be re-run once we have deployed that solution.
