ROI construction? ¶

Dear TopCoW,
I was browsing the ROI ground-truth and I am unable to visualize it meaningfully. Maybe I do not understand its construction? I was assuming it would simply be a bounding box around the CoW segmentation labels (>0), so I applied a foreground cropper with MONAI expecting to find similar coordinates and sizes as the ones shown in the text files you provide. But the MONAI boxes are far larger than the ones I derive from the text files-ground-truth, see screenshot below please. Also, when I visualize the cropped labels, it does seem that the boxes from the text files are cutting the segmentation out. Can you give me some clue about what's happening? Even if I am messing up with orientation, it is weird that volumes are so different... I tried with the first couple of CT scans, and same thing.
Cheers,
Adrian
