Data training inquiry

Hello, I'm very excited about this challenge as it looks very interesting. However, I was wondering if we must train our model on the processed data, unprocessed data, and all novel data at once? or can we train one dataset at a time/ do we only need to train on the processed data?

Hi Kaiden,

Participants may decide for themselves how they approach the challenge, one could train a single model to segment all lesion types or train different models specialized in for example abdominal and thoracic lesions. However, during evaluation the lesion types are not provided to you, so your solution would then need to determine the type of lesion from the context in the image.

Which parts of the data is used, only the fully annotated or also the semi-supervised data is up to you. The test set does contain more diverse lesion types than those present in the fully annotated data.
