Dataset release inquiry

Dataset release inquiry

Dear Challenge Organisers,

I would like to express my gratitude for organising this challenge. I have been anticipating the release of the dataset, as indicated on the website for the 29th of October. However, I am currently unable to locate the link to the dataset.

I am looking forward to participating in this competition.

Thank you for your efforts, and

Kind regards,

Bilal

Dear Bilal,

Thank you for your interest in the challenge! We are running a bit behind schedule with the preparation of the download links. The novel annotated data can now be downloaded using the zenodo link on the dataset page. The labels are also available for download on the challenge code repository. We expect the remainder of the fully 3D annotated lesions to be ready for download today, with the semi-supervised DeepLesion volumes being ready in the next 2-3 days. My apologies for the delay,

Kind regards,

Max

Update: We've been able to circumvent the bottleneck that was causing problems with the data upload. All fully annotated data is now available for download (parts 1-3), the weakly-annotated DeepLesion data should be uploaded by the end of the day.
